The location is perfect. just minutes from the main square.
During my stay, I was disappointed that breakfast was not served on the terrace every day as promised and was restricted for other guests. Our pillows were uncomfortable for our liking, and there was loud music from a nearby venue that made it hard to fall asleep. The mattress was on the softer side, which isn't ideal for someone who prefers a firmer bed.

We are a family of 4 and loved our stay! Spacious room with a spa bath that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was served outside with a fine view, and it was delicious with plenty of options. Just a 3-minute walk to the main square. The staff was super attentive.

the hotel was nice, but it utterly lacks basics. they closed the terrace breakfast for other guests, how selfish! also, I woudl ve been delighted with some complimentary slippers, but no, that was asking too much. the spa isn’t even included. I almost thought to leave a good review, like almost.

Our stay at La Casa Del Arbol was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful, reaching out before our arrival to guide us on the best routes from Bogota and parking details since the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street. The breakfast options were simple but well-made, delivered right to our room, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing. The double room we stayed in had a lovely balcony and was spacious, making our time very comfortable. Overall, a charming experience!
The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer.
